Just to start the year off right, we made some favorites and some things we’ve never had.
This Steak with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce is one of our faves, we make it pretty regularly.
Sides we made these simple but delicious Air Fryer Potato Wedges, and tried this Loaded Iceberg Wedge Salad with some modifications. I didn’t add in the breadcrumbs, and I don’t love blue cheese so I left out the crumbles and used a ranch dressing instead. But it was honestly delicious.
And for later this week to keep us in the good stuff for when we need lunches, we’ve got The Best Swedish Meatballs which we have loved many times in the past.
